Villa & service block stairwell, 6,000 × 4,250 mm. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan.
Base steps stay in stone to match the reference render. Finishes are visual only; the code checks do not depend on them.
STEP files are Y-up with the open side facing +Z, so the SolidWorks front view looks at the stair entrance. Every solid was checked for clashes and for a load path back to a slab, wall or column: 0 clashes, 0 unattached parts.
What A-102 shows. Three flights and two square landings drawn at 350 mm tread lines. Over the 5,650 mm rise that gives about 29 risers of roughly 195 mm, above the 180 mm limit, so the stair as sketched cannot be built as drawn. The drawing also shows no guard along the first-floor slab edge, which is a 5.65 m drop; the model adds a 1,200 mm glass wellhead guard.
Assumed until confirmed. Ground floor at ±0.00 (A-102 gives FFL +5,650 only). Stairwell soffit at FFL1 + 3,300. Walls as drawn: 250 mm block between RC corner columns.
